?? Congratulations to our 8th Grade Football Team on a strong start to the season!
Both A & B teams traveled on the road this week for their first action this season.
A Team took on Santa Fe and came out victorious 14-6. Dj Graves and Xavier Castro led the charge on offense with fanatical effort and consistent energy. Tatum Lavine and Za'Darrion Eleby set the tone on defense that stifled the Santa Fe offense.
The B Team took their fight to Barbers Hill North where they had the opportunity to scrimmage. Toughness and energy were the theme as everyone showed up to play hard and fast, the Falcon way. Leaders like Javier Cerda, Pierce Adams, Mason Rivera led the way to an amazing first showing. Offensive units seemed to have ease scoring and defense had no issue causing havoc in the backfield.
Their hard work, preparation, and commitment showed on the field as the season begins. We are proud of the way these young men represented our team and brought the energy on the road!
