Our 8th Grade Falcons traveled to Mont Belvieu Belvieu to battle Barbers Hill South Eagles!!
The B Team continues its march toward another district championship, remaining undefeated with a statement victory over the only team that handed them a loss during last year's district championship run. With a chance to avenge that defeat, our Falcons rose to the occasion and got the job done! Putting up 41 points, with the offense playing at full force. This group continues to prove that its success is no accident, showing the discipline, preparation, and competitive mindset needed to compete at a championship level. The journey to repeat as district champions is still underway, and these Falcons remain focused on the goal which continues against White Oak. SO very proud of these young men's determination and work ethic.
The A Team faced a tough challenge and battled through a hard-fought game against a determined opponent. Our Falcons continued to compete, fight through adversity, and give their best effort until the final whistle. While the result wasn't what we wanted, this group has another opportunity to learn, regroup, and respond. The focus now shifts to next week as we return home, ready to defend our turf and get back on track.
Next week, both teams return home to take on White Oak at the Swamp!! We look forward to seeing our Falcons respond, compete, and continue building toward the goals ahead.
