Our 7th Grade Falcons wrapped up their season at home at the Swamp against Keefer Crossing, and both teams gave us a game to remember!
The B Team pulled off a nail-biter against a strong and dominant Keefer team! The Falcons battled from start to finish, showing toughness, determination, and the ability to compete when the pressure was at its highest. It was a hard-fought victory and a great way to cap off the season!
The A Teamnalso left everything on the field in an intense matchup that came down to the final moments. Swings from both teams made this a back and forth affair. Keefer ultimately scored a last-second touchdown and went for the two-point conversion, and unfortunately were able to be successful. Although the result wasn't what we hoped for, the effort and fight this team showed until the very last play were something to be proud of.
Looking back, this has been an awesome season filled with ups and downs, challenges, growth, and plenty of memories. We've watched these young men compete, learn, and develop throughout the year, and we couldn't be prouder of the entire group. Seasons like this are about more than wins and losses; they're about building character, learning to overcome adversity, and growing together as a team.
The future is bright for this bunch, and we can't wait to see what next season holds! Thank you to all the players, families, and supporters who made this season special. The work doesn't stop here, Falcons!
